Our team at Luggage Forward is excited to roll out our new look which will be fully integrated across all of our channels and shipping packets by January 2024.
Rolling out first are all things shipping related. The online booking portal will be updated for the winter travel season along with new shipping supplies. Following quickly behind will be our marketing materials including our website.
Our refresh is meant to honor and reflect the brand that served our clients and partners for nearly two decades while incorporating the luxurious feel of the five-star service we have come to be known for. Our goal has always been to lighten guests’ loads- and we have lightened our own with simple and elevated branding.
To our clients: You’ll begin to see updated shipping materials once we have mailed out the remainder of our legacy brand materials. While we want you to experience our new look, we have also tried not to be wasteful. You will see our new branding currently live on our social media channels and on your future Luggage Forward trips.
To our travel partners: Your affiliate portal has been updated with the new branding. You will receive updated marketing collateral from your account manager. Landing pages will be updated when we complete the website overhaul.
